Saturday, May 5, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in Downtown Elgin

iFest features music and entertainment, ethnic cuisine, children’s activities, a “world market” and cultural arts and crafts. Admission to iFest is free and open to all ages. Food vendors and some regional exhibitors will have items for sale.

This year, iFest has been moved to May 5th to be part of a weekend of cultural events in downtown Elgin. The Downtown Neighborhood Association’s Elgin Cinco De Mayo! event which takes place on Friday, May 4 from 6-10 p.m. and the Gail Borden Public Library’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Celebration which takes place on Saturday, May 5 from 1-4 p.m.
